Getting Started

First register to create an account – it is free.
Click here or on Register at the top of the Windcape website. We’ll need your full name, e-mail address, and a strong password.  Select “Apply to become a vendor” and confirm that your business is in the Eastern Cape.

You may also use your Facebook or Google account to sign up and sign in.

Step 1: You need to have a Windcape Business page.
After registration, claim or create your free business page. We will confirm that you are the owner and approve your page.

Step 2: Apply to become a Windcape Vendor.
Use the simple form here to apply to become a vendor.

Step 3: We will contact you to discuss your application.
A monthly subscription is required to be an active vendor. Compare our pricing plans, starting at R99pm. Transactional fees apply. You can choose to pause your subscription or cancel your account at any time.

We charge a 15% flat rate per transaction which covers transactional costs, customer support and platform support. The 15% flat rate is calculated as a percentage of the VAT inclusive selling price.

We have two fulfilment models.

Self-managed: The business owner manages the complete process from order received to successful collection/ delivery and returns.

Managed: Windcape Business and its partners take care of the fulfilment process from order received to successful delivery. Fulfilment fees apply.

Your products are displayed in the Windcape Marketplace under the appropriate category.

Your products are also displayed in your Windcape Business page.
